+ METHOD OF WORKS · FOUR PHASES, ONE ACCOUNTABLE TEAM
Most studios stop at launch.
That is our midpoint.
You work directly with the senior engineers who design, build and then operate your system. No account layer, no hand-off to a junior team after the contract is signed.
Map the problem, agree scope before code.
A short, fixed-scope discovery: we interview the people who will use the system, map the constraints, and draw the architecture on paper before anything is built.
Working software weekly, on a live URL.
Short iterations on a staging environment you can open any day of the engagement. You review running software, not slide decks; course corrections cost days, not months.
Commit to production, automatically.
Automated pipelines carry every change from commit through tests to production. Releases are boring by design - small, frequent, reversible.
We operate what we ship.
Monitoring, alarms, patching and a monthly operations report. When something breaks at 3am, the engineers who built it are the ones who fix it.
A defined system, discovered, quoted and delivered end to end. Fixed scope, agreed date.
The project build plus ongoing operations: monitoring, patching and a product roadmap on retainer. The model we recommend.
Senior engineers embedded in your existing team, raising delivery and operational discipline from inside.
N1. HOW DOES A PROJECT START?
With a scoping call, then a short fixed-scope discovery. You get a written scope, an architecture drawing and a quote before committing to a build.
N2. HOW LONG DOES A BUILD TAKE?
Most first releases ship in 4–8 weeks. The date is agreed in the proposal, and weekly demos show whether we are on it.
N3. WHO WILL WE ACTUALLY WORK WITH?
The senior engineers building your system - in the scoping call, in the weekly demo, and in the incident channel. There is no account-management layer.
N4. HOW IS PRICING STRUCTURED?
Fixed price for discovery; project builds are quoted from the agreed scope; the run phase is a monthly retainer. Numbers live in the written proposal.
N5. CAN YOU TAKE OVER AN EXISTING SYSTEM?
Yes. We start with a paid audit - code, infrastructure, pipeline, monitoring - and hand you the findings whether or not you engage us further.
N6. WHAT IF WE WANT TO LEAVE?
Everything is yours from day one: repositories, infrastructure accounts, documentation. Because it is all defined as code, handover is a transfer, not a rescue.
